After playing and choosing bizarr members to their new association for three years The Mayor and The Executioner found themself surronded by seven of their best friends: The Animaltormentor, The Count, The Grossist, Gränges , The Southern Man, Volvex and The Work Master. Three of these choises were wrong: The Animaltormentor, The Southern Man and The Work Master proved to be unbizarr and disloyal. The Work Master actually choose to move some beds before joining a meeting. The other members of the Board quickly decided to introduce a new rule. The three unbizarr elements were excluded from SSB&RDF and given as a present to a female bandy-team in Sweden: Mora Dambandylag! This left only six members of the Board. After profound discussions they decided to go public to entice people of the same sort as themselves to SSB&RDF. You can read more about this event at another location. They also decided that thay could do with some members of the Board that could do all the dirty work, so they established two vacansies of the Board. These vacansies are filled on a yearly basis. The first member that was approved to one of these vacansies in 1994 was Fonus. The other member of the Board that year was Vaskman. In 1996 Fonus had to leave his post to become a Suppleant while Jörgen of Skara stepped in.
